WHO WE ARE

Before any of our staff are anything else, we are believers in and followers of Jesus Christ. It defines who we are and it drives what we do. Each of our team members - from our facilities manager to our aides, teachers and director - is passionate about furthering the gospel message

Next, we are parents. Our Director, Erika Ulrich, has three young children of her own in the academy, as do many of our other staff members. We believe in this model not only for your children, but for all of our children. We know the sacrifices you are making as homeschooling parents, because we are making them with you. We can also testify of the joys, because we have lived them ourselves.

This academy was born out of the desire to have it all - a “private school” that does things with excellence married with the peace, togetherness and unhurried schedule that homeschool offers, all under the roof and blessing of the church. We believe that children deserve childhood. We believe that parents must have the authority God gave them. We believe following after Jesus was meant to be done in community and some of God’s greatest blessings are given to us through other people. Our vision has come to life in this special program.

We believe in the importance of elevating a relationship with Christ above all else. While we care that our students learn about the world He created, we prioritize discipling their hearts and forming their character. Our teachers and staff are all devout Christ followers and are committed to pastoring the students in their care. Everything from our discipline philosophy to our curriculum reflects this value.

We believe we were created for connection. We are passionate about creating opportunities for students and their families to develop authentic, lifelong friendships. We do this through fun class parties, enriching field trips, sweet chapel times, Bible studies and prayer groups for parents. Giving to those in need and caring for the sick or struggling is a value we hold dear. We model service and generosity to our children and create opportunities for them do the same.

We know that committing to the journey of homeschooling can feel overwhelming. We exist to hold the hands of our families (and sometimes carry them!) as they walk this path. Our professional team of teachers thoroughly vets our curriculum and maps our lesson plans for the success of our students and their parent teachers. With clarity much like a recipe, parents can step into their homeschooling days with ease and confidence.  In addition to lesson mapping, we offer parent orientations, mentorship from our on-campus teachers and curriculum lessons to help you feel as prepared as possible
