All prospective families pay a one-time $100 registration request fee per family. Existing families wishing to enroll another sibling need not pay again.
After your registration request is reviewed, in-person interview is completed, and assessments have been reviewed, our admissions team will reach out to let you know if enrollment can be offered for your student at this time. If we determine that our program is a fit for your child and a space is available in class, an enrollment offer will be emailed to you. A $250 non-refundable enrollment fee per student is required to show your commitment to attendance and process adding your student to our program. This is due within 7 days of your enrollment offer.
Existing students who are choosing to return for another year will pay a reduced $200 enrollment fee per student as their recommitment to attending.
Each of our students pays a $100 lab fee to cover science and art lab supplies on campus.
Annual tuition is $3,200 for our PreK through 5th Grade and $3,500 for 6th Grade through 9th Grade. Tuition can be paid in full or in 10 installments beginning in July. Should a family choose to withdraw a student for any reason after enrollment, a 60 day notice must be given with financial obligations continuing during that time.
Other financial costs include: purchasing uniforms, yearbook, optional field trips, school supplies like binders, pens, pencils, etc., and curriculum ordering. Curriculum is purchased through third party vendors from a shopping list we provide upon enrolling.
Capital Christian Academy offers a sibling discount of 20% off on the 3rd sibling and beyond. For example, if a family has four children in the program, the 3rd and 4th student would each receive 20% off their annual tuition.
If an on-campus spot is unavailable at the time of submitting your registration request, you may choose to participate in our "Capital Anywhere" active waitlist. This program allows families to purchase lesson plans at a drastically reduced fee so they can follow along with what our in person classes are learning. This makes the transition to the classroom seamless! Students also. have access to monthly field trips and chapel, as well as guidance from a mentor teacher. The enrollment fee for this program is reduced to only $150 and month to month tuition is $35 per month.
