Complete the online registration request. At the bottom of this online form, you will see the option to add additional students. Please choose this option rather than completing an entirely separate application for each sibling.
After receiving your application, we will send you an invite code via email to create a ProCare account, and an invoice for the one-time $100 registration request fee per family. This fee is nonrefundable, but if there is not currently a space in our program, this fee will continue to roll over as you remain on the wait list for a future space.
If you are applying for the current academic year, and there is a spot available, our director, Erika Ulrich, will be in touch with you within a week to set up a time for a family interview and academic assessment.
You will have your family interview and academic assessment. We want to get to know you and your child, to ensure that our program is the right match for your family and that we have shared values to uphold the vision of our community. We also have your student complete a simple assessment to determine if we are able to meet their academic needs as well as find the correct grade level placement that will help them thrive.
Within a week of your interview, you will receive an email from our Director informing you if we can make an offer of enrollment at that time. If our program is full, we can discuss waitlist options. If we are able to offer enrollment to your student, a $250 per student enrollment fee will be due within one week of receiving the offer. This nonrefundable fee holds your student's spot on our roster. After it is paid, you will receive login credentials to our private family portal so you can move forward with the necessary steps to prepare for your student's first day on campus!
If you are applying for the 2026-2027 academic year, you are applying to join our waitlist. We offer re-enrollment to our current students and any added siblings first. This re-enrollment period ends the end of February. In early March, when we know what spots we have available, we will begin making appointments for family interviews and academic assessments for those on the waitlist. As class lists become filled and finalized, we will send email updates to those waiting. We know you are excited to find out if we can accommodate your student at CCA, and we do everything in our power to be timely in our communications with you. Thank you in advance for your patience with this process.
